What do you do when too many CrossFitters show up for a workout? Break out a Partner WOD! 100 Wall Balls (14lb medicine ball), 100 Box Jumps 100 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (26kg kettle bell), and 100 Partner Push-ups. Partner push-ups are super fun! Make sure the push-ups are completed by one partner at a time with a hand tap in between (when one person does the push-up, the other partner holds plank and waits to tap).
